Terms and conditions
- BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Payment term will be set based on the kind of services booked:
- Airfare and Prior - paid requested services: full payment right after booking
- Hotel: following the hotels’ policy
- Other separated services: 50% deposit at the booking time, the balance will be paid at least 14 days prior the using time.
- Package (combined from 2 services and up): if the booking time
- More than 6 months up: 20% deposit, the next 30% deposit will be paid before departure from 2 months – less than 6 months, the balance will be paid at least 14 days prior the departure time.
- From 2 months – less than 6 months: 50% deposit, the balance will be paid at least 14 days prior the departure time
- From 15 days – less than 2 months: 75% deposit, the balance will be paid at least 14 days prior the departure time
- Booking time before departure date within 14 days: full payment
Accepted payment methods: banking transfer, debit cards or cash
Currency and applicable taxes: USD and VND. Tax is compulsory and not yet added into the price. Tax can be 8% or 10% up to the Government’s tax policy at the booking time.
Booking confirmation process: after receiving deposit, CBW DMC will send to clients the detailed reserved services confirmation
2. CHANGES, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All changes, cancellation and refund need be informed and confirmed by email or other official written methods.
Change: any changes / amendments to an existing booking will be considered as a cancellation and apply the Cancellation policy a new booking will be made.
Cancellation: cancellation penalty charge will be applied, based on the time of cancellation confirmation. Period prior to the departure date:
- From 31 days up: 10% of total charge and non – refundable service fees (such as airfare)
- From 15 – 30 days: 30% of total charge
- From 07 – 14 days: 50% of total charge
- From 03 – 06 days: 100% of non - refundable fees and the left will base on the reality.
- From 2 days and less: 100% of total charge
Refund policy: after the cancellation penalty charge is agreed between CBW DMC and clients, the refund will be settled within 05 working days. CBW DMC will not be in charge of banking transfer fee to clients
3. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of any cause beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural Disasters, Acts of War or Terrorism, Strikes, Orders or Regulations of the Government, accidents, storms, etc., or health problem, this event need be informed soonest to CBW DMC/clients in writing and confirmed. All or a part of cancellation charge can be waived up to reality.
